In this session, Roy will explore the hidden costs of conflict avoidance, the leadership mistakes that quietly damage businesses and a practical framework for tackling issues before they become expensive problems.
Lucy The Mindset Coach
Delivering her talk, “Why Your Brain Won’t Let You Switch Off: Why It’s Killing Your Performance.”
This practical session explores overthinking, mental noise, survival mode and the role your nervous system plays in decision making and performance. Attendees will also leave with a simple tool they can start using straight away.
A must attend session for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded or struggling to switch off.
Digital Gearbox
Delivering a practical, no-nonsense talk called “Stop Wasting Money on Google Ads.”
Billions of pounds are wasted on Google Ads every year, not because the platform doesn’t work, but because of small, easy-to-make mistakes that compound into poor performance and wasted budget.
In this session, Michael will share the most common mistakes businesses make and provide a simple framework to help improve results, make budgets go further and turn Google Ads into a powerful tool for growth.

In 2019 I have returned to re-establish imagex, the photo retailer I founded in 2013 after the failure of Jessops - I departed this firm in March 2017. The new operation also includes SO Photo, the on-line used, rare & collectible photo equipment & accessories retail operation I have been running since 2017.
I also operate the MacTechnology IT Consultancy after 20+ years in the Apple reseller channel in company management, specialist consultancy and general support. I formed the Mac Technology Association to fulfill the need for Apple dealers, resellers & service providers to have a service through which they could actually communicate directly. -
